I had my antivirus software turned off. I am up to date OS wise and am running OS Build 19041.388, which is the latest build. Oh, and I was signed into my Microsoft Account the entire time. Then the same cycle started all over again when I attempted to download paint 3d. That seemed to run and then put me back in the store. I cleared cached, cookies etc and this time ran the WSReset command. In clean installs of Windows 10 version 21H2, 3D Viewer and Paint 3D are going away, and Microsoft is also removing the Edit with Paint 3D option from the context menu. Paint 3D 65.8 MB, EXE - Create, customize, share or print your doodles and drawings, both in 2D and 3D, with the help of this new version of the popular. This time it said that Paint 3D was already installed. I tried again and it started to install, but quit again. It started downloading then quit with 'We encountered a problem, try back later' type message. I went to the Microsoft Store to download Paint 3D. I looked at the Installed Progams in the Programs and Features thing, and probably a few more places. I looked through the All Programs on the Start Bar, searched the win32 folder which is where mspaint.exe is, I searched the Registry and found a few places referencing paint 3d but those entries were under mspaint. So I thought maybe I have to run Paint 3D. Clicking twice asks you if you want to save the drawing, and then does nothing else. I have mspaint and when I bring it up it has the balloon icon that says 'Edit with Paint 3D'.
